Kapela sv. Juraj sagrađena je 1757. godine u čast mučenika, svetog Jurja. U početku je bila drvena kapelica na obroncima gore Bilogore te je sazidana paralelno sa razvitkom sela Sveti Đurađ u podnožju brda. Tijekom drugog svjetskog rata kapelica je oštećena te je 1962. ponovno obnovljena.
Mještani s procesijom u nedjelju iza blagdana Svetog Jurja dolaze do Kapelice gdje se održava sveta misa. Sv. Juraj je ujedino i zaštitnik naselja Sveti Đurađ.
U planu je izgradnja vidkovca u sklopu projekta "Virovitički vidici" te će sama lokacija dobit prostor za okupljanje vinogradara i ljubitelja prirode.
Pored kapele prolazi i planinarska staza "Virovitički vidici" koju je označilo planinarsko društvo "Papuk" iz Virovitice te je pristup moguć navedenom označenom šumskom stazom iz smjera "Virovitičkih ribnjaka" ili asfaltiranom cestom iz Svetog Đurađa, sela podno kapele.

Chapel of St. Juraj was built in 1757 in honor of the martyr, St. George. At the beginning there was a wooden chapel on the slopes above Bilogora and it was built in parallel with the development of the village of Sveti Đurađ at the foot of the hill. During World War II the chapel was damaged and was restored in 1962.
Settlers with a procession on Sunday after the feast of St. George are coming to the Chapel where holy mass is held. Sv. Juraj is also the patron of the Sveti Djurdj settlement.
The plan is to build a sight-seeing as part of the project "Virovitički vidici", and the location itself will provide space for gathering wine-growers and nature lovers.
In addition to the chapel there is a hiking trail "Virovitički vidici" marked by the "Papuk mountain society" from Virovitica, and access is possible to the mentioned marked forest path from the direction of "Virovitica ponds" or asphalted road from Sveti Đurađ, a village under the chapel.
