Welcome to Michigan's first indoor velodrome. The Lexus Velodrome is just the third facility of its kind in the country, bringing Olympic style cycling for all ages to Detroit. The Lexus Velodrome is a $4.5 million dollar multi-sport complex featuring a cycling track with 50 degree banking on the turns. The velodrome was built by the Detroit Fitness Foundation because of a private donation by an anonymous donor. The facility features weekend racing, free lessons for youth and seniors, and many other fitness opportunities.
