A beautiful country cemetery. We placed this cache in memory of Doug Persons. He was a good new friend and neighbor. It is interesting to note the number of headstones dating to even before Michigan became a state, as well several trees that appear to be well over 150 years in age. We encourage you to look at the dates and consider what was happening in history in those days, what the surrounding land would have looked like, etc. The cemetery is closed from dusk to sunrise.
