This cache has been placed for the CARMH 9 event with the intention that it not be located prior to 7 PM, Friday, Aug. 17th. The caches for the CARMH 9 event are released early so that the geocaching community has an opportunity to plan their routes prior to the event start.
Parking located nearby. Bring your tweezers and your pen. This Park offers five kilometres of walking trails along the River from the Medicine Hat Public Library to Strathcona Island Park. For public enjoyment there are barbeque pits and picnic areas along the river, playground, an adventure and water playground, baseball diamond, boat launch off the South Saskatchewan River, and view points. Take some time to explore and find the other awesome caches in this park!
