Welcome to Wang Kwong Road Sitting Out Area, one of Hong Kong's newest generic parks. There is not really anything special about this place other than the fact that it was a dumping area for construction waste for many years until the Government cleaned it up only last year. The name of this cache comes from a sign on the only original building in the park, which seems to be CLP (China Light & Power) structure. I have no idea how to pronounce Kne 2 but the strange word caught my attention.
There is a long bench lining a fence wall which faces the overhead freeway. That's your GZ. Please be aware of the high traffic that comes in and out of the pathway under the freeway from nearby Kai Tak Estates. It should not be difficult to retrieve and replace the cache IF no one is in that spot. If Grandpa is relaxing there, please don't bother him.
