A new cache placed in the park in need of more visitors. It is a wonderful area. Rim Rock Nature Trail Hike close by with more caches. I received approval from the ranger and his supervisor who stated that caching is allowed, but don't bother the campers. And there is a day use fee in all Corp of Engineer parks. However, in the winter, there is usually no charge. If you come very early or late it is ok, and you might not have to pay, but a visit to the park is worth the token fee. If you have a yearly pass, it is good at all Corp parks in Arkansas. Water used to be available in these central locations. However as with all things, change has occured and most campsites have water and central water sources have moved so trailers and RVs can have access easily. Cache is not intended to be difficult. Just another cache to enjoy. Congratulations to FRGVN for FTF!
