Metro's Expedition A family and dog friendly walking path with beautiful trees and a sparkling pond with a dock for looking at the ducks. This is my dogs' favourite trail for their daily walks and is beautiful in both summer and winter. Each cache will be named for a foster dog that my family and I have had over the years. Metro was not a foster, he was adopted by my parents as a puppy before I was born. Theo made an impact on my family greatly. He was found on the street huddled near a garbage can and was almost mistaken for a piece of garbage that had fallen. Covered in mats and cuts and with a severely infected eye, he was taken to get cleaned and shaved and treated. He at first was covered in bloody cuts and all sorts of infections but nonetheless grew into a happy healthy dog who made us laugh every day and was adopted into a loving home who was ready to pay for all the expensive vet bills.
