Geocache Description:

ROOK TO SERIES

This series has to be walked or cycled. No easy drive bys here. Dogs are not allowed, even on a lead. The lower part of the walk is on track which has loose stones throughout. The upper part is on open mountain side but you should still be able to stick to tracks there. I don't recommend doing these caches at night. The caches are available during the winter but be aware there can be snow and ice at the higher points as the series does top out at almost 400m. As with all activity, only attempt what you are comfortable and competent to do. Dress for the possibity of rapid changes in the weather and always carry appropriate equipment and supplies.

LEAVE NO TRACE

The caches are placed using the leave no trace principles. While in the forest you shouldn't have to go more than a couple of steps from the track to reach the cache. No cache is placed in or near stone walls. There is no need to pull the flora to pieces looking for the cache.

THIS CACHE

The cache itself is a 1 stage multi.
