Laugardalur park and Reykjavik Botanic Garden Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

kadeekes: It looks that Icelandic people don 't like geocaches.
I was informed that for the third time, the geocache has disappeared.
Also the two spare containers I hided last winter, disappeared.

Rereading the logs, I am happy that most of the visitors loved the area.
After all, bringing a visit to the beautiful botanical garden was the goal of putting this geocache.

Since I have become unable to maintain this geocache, I only can archive it.
Nonetheless, the park will still be there and really is worth the time to visit.

In the 19th century and beginning of the 20th the women in Reykjavík used to wash their laundry in these hot springs.

From here, you just have to look around for the first two sculptures, then proceed to the southeast where you can enter the beautiful botanic garden and admire its plants, flowers and sculptures.
