Placed near the plaque honoring Galva's founders William and James Wiley When arriving at this site William is quoted as saying "What a beautiful spot! Let's buy the land and lay out a town." Named after them, Wiley Park is a beautiful spot with a great playground for kids, basketball courts, frisbee golf, and a picnic pavillion with restrooms. There is even ice skating in the Winter.
