The Water Street Gardens on the Bank of the Black River
Placed to draw attention to the Lynfrae Community's project to beautify the eastern bank of a canalised section of the Black River. The cache has been placed a few meters from the road to encourage finders to walk down the garden path, though it probably still qualifies as a park and grab. There is no need to leave the path or to step in to any flower bed. Enjoy this community effort to improve their neighbourhood environment. Unfortunately the portion of the park close to the cache site has become a rather neglected area cluttered with old flower pots some with, some without, plant material. See further details in the hint.
