A popular 3 mile circuit in Lochranza from the Parking area to the white cottage at Fairy Dell, rumored to be a gateway to the land of fairies. On one of my walks round the north end I had intended to stop at Fairy Del and have a wee look round but walked right passed so I made a way point on my GPS to remind me to stop on my next visit however over the winter I Forgot it was a way point so on my next visit I spent ages looking for a cache! so decided as it was missing i would replace it while looking for a suitable spot I found this tree which had been damaged during a storm where one of the branches had been damaged and has re-rooted its self to form an arch a possible spot for one of those Kodak moments.
