This cache replaces the original Turtle's Trail - TT10 (GC1KDND) which was archived as I didn't have time to carry out the maintenance it required.

Turtle’s Trail is a circular walk of about 4.5 miles and follows the Ridgeway for the first part of the loop and then picks up other footpaths/bridleways for the return leg if completed in numerical order. However the final walk from TT18 to the parking location is along a very quiet road so care should be taken with young children and dogs. There is only one stile to negotiate along the route between TT10 and TT11 but has a gap large enough for Labrador sized dog to pass through .
Parking can be found at either start of the bridleway on Swan’s way (2/3 cars) or by the church in Nuffield about ¼ of a mile from TT09.
