Welcome to the West Rand, Gauteng!
The West Rand geocaching community is very proud to present BLACK EAGLE GEOART, the only GeoArt series to date in South Africa depicting the rare Black Eagle!
Apart from its rich cultural history, the West Rand in Gauteng, South Africa is also home to an extremely active geocaching community. The West Rand geocachers are a social bunch and meet at least once every month to share stories, swap experiences and trackables and enjoy each other's company.

The guy sitting under the tree is not Marc Anthony, preparing his salutation to Julius Ceaser, nor is he Newton and those aren't apples. In fact, he is a serious mathematician, busy with something else.
The cache is not at the listed coordinates. In order to obtain the final coordinates, you will have to solve the puzzle:
Use the info you found at the weighpoint, to determine numbers A, B & C. (A = not 1, B = not 2 and C is not 3.)
For south:
Subtract from the first two numbers of the published co-ords half of A.
For the second numbers of the co-ords: add A to B and multiply by 2 and add to (C x C).
Finally add 577 to ABC.
For the East co-ords:
The first set of numbers would be A and C.
For the middle numbers add 1 to BC.
The final three numbers are AAA.
