Geocache Description:

This geocache has been placed inside the Onkaparinga River National Park.

The walk to this cache will involve a hike that will challenge most people. I have deliberately left out carpark waypoints etc so each geocacher gets to experience their own adventure to find the cache, which they will be able to share in their logs.

If you do this cache in the winter you will see green grasses and see and hear lots of water running in the river. Kangaroos will be out and about as well as load of different bird species. The weather will be cooler which may help keep your tempreture down when you maybe walk some steep elevations.

If you do this cache in the summer you will see little water flow in the river. The animals will still be around but they may be hidden under the shade of a tree, bush or log. Some of our reptile friends also are more active at these times. The grasses dry up and turn to a brown colour. You will want to carry a minimum couple litres of water for each hiker to make sure you stay hydrated for your journey.

Please wear good footwear.

As the name of this cache suggests it is a Bucket filled with Bison type containers. 250 of the lovely things to be exact. So leave yourself plenty of time after you have found the cache container to find the log and sign it. It is obvisously a quiet spot and you most probaly don't need to watch out for muggles. Relax after your journey to find this cache and take a seat and enjoy your surroundings while you try and find the log and sign it,  I think one of best parts when I go for walks in this park are the adrenaline rushes I get when I put myself in these walk long or walk steep situations. I hope that each finder will have their own rush when attempting this cache. But please be careful.

This cache as an individual may be a great challenge for some but I would recommmend going as a couple or group when you try to find this cache. (I should take my owm advice), I didn't know how or where I was going when I hid this geocache but it took me a total of 4 hours to complete my journey.
