This is a field puzzle that will take you for a short hike on the newly done Lackawanna River Heritage Trail and give you a chance to admire the work that was done to make it a pleasent outing.
The above coordinates will take you to a sign. This will contain some of the information you will need for the final. After reading the signs, check out the bridge (look up for more info) then cross the bridge to see the wonderful artwork that shows some of our history. Check out the panels carfully because that is where you will find the rest of your information.
The final is a short walk away.

I = Number of letters in the 2nd word of the 4th panel from the bridge
J = Time to go fishing, is the fish facing L = 9 or R = 3
