I spend a lot of time volunteering with the organization in the nearby building. I have noticed that there was no cache in the immediate vicinity and decided to place a nice quick park and grab here. Among other things, our organization stresses is fairness, neutrality and accessibility for everyone. So, I decided that this cache had better meet those criteria. As I said, it is a quick park and grab, wheelchair accessible and open to all cachers. The hardest part about this cache will be trying to look casual on a very busy street. Stealth is definitely required.
