Geocache Description:


Sir Sagramore –

A Hungarian, Sagramore travels to Britain with his mother, when she marries a British king.  He is a good knight, but impulsive and prone to epilepsy – even said to have entered an almost berserker state during combat.  Unfortunately, in stories like this, a great knight must sometimes lose to a new-comer to establish the new-comer’s ‘bona fides’ and this is often his role.  He has been portrayed as a Numidian.
