This is one of my favorite spots to contemplate life. It lies underneath the fast-moving world of people. Please do not try to access from any road (Interstate, highway, or roadway). You can park nearby and walk along the beautiful sidewalk to access this cache. It is in memory of Fran, who left us in a spot nearby over twenty-five years ago. Please try to conceal cache when you are finished.
