I love camping. Welcome to Nassau County' Battle Row Park.
This is just a regular sized cache placed in the Battle Row Park/Campgrounds. I decided to build this cache container and needed an appropriate hiding spot. I think this place will do. During camping season the muggle factor can be high on these grounds, but this hiding spot should be out of the way enough that you should be able to search in peace.
Follow the rules of the road here - slow speed limits & most roads are one-way.

I stopped in at the Admin building when I placed the cache, and they appreciated that. They know about geocaching and we're all welcome but they ask everyone to please check in before searching. There are families with kids who camp here and they are concerned when unknown people are wandering around. Thanks!!
Follow the trail from the trailhead until it ends. Then it's about a 120ft bushwhack. Long pants recommended as it's a bit thorny. Please do not attempt this cache from Round Swamp Road!
Cache starts with 2 Travel bugs, a Where's George dollar, a bunch of swag and a Lottery scratch-off for FTF. Good Luck!
