Prior to the closing of this rest stop and the subsequent demoltion of the buildings on site I remember a regular sized cache that used to be quite far back into the woods at the extreme north side of the rest stop. Well, knowing that the others in this rest stop are (fairly) easy park and grabs I decided to make this one a little tougher, after all what's a day of caching without some briars and brambles and a walk in the woods.
To my knowledge there's no easy way to get to the cache from suggested parking. At least there wasn't when I placed it. Ah well, we'll see how long it takes for a trail to be created. As always you are responsible for yourself. Know your limitations. This one is a walk in the woods after all! As always please be sure to rehide the cache as well as you found it, where you found it.
The cache you seek is a regular sized container with a logbook to begin.
