The Chandler Trail. A chance to take a nice Sunday drive with the kids from From Armidale to Wollomombi, with a loop back around via Thorpleigh Road, and grab some easy caches along the way (no hints!).
Clearly an old property, the entry is comprised of original post and rail fencing, with the letterbox built cleverly into one large post (leave that alone!) and a shingle hanging from another. The shingle with the old property name is gone, sadly, though.
Please bear in mind this route will take you through private properties with cattle and sheep in the paddocks the road passes through (even if you don't see them). If you have dogs with you please keep them on a lead so the locals don't become anxious, as they do have problems with wild dogs out here.
