The cache is not at the posted cordinates.  In order to find the final location, you need to complete the Old MacDonald series of caches -

These are close by, and can be reached on foot or by bicycle, although there is parking nearby each GZ for those completing the series in a vehicle. 

This Cache; In order to find the final location, you must collect a number from each of the caches above. N 54 29.ABC W 05 43.DEF Parking available beside GZ.
