This wonderful building used to house a candle factory. The factory was the oldest candle factory in the UK. The company have now moved to a newer building in Govan and still sell candles to the public.
The fantastic mural on this building is painted by FAITH FORTY SEVEN who is a South African artist. She has held solo exhibitions all around the world. Using a wide range of media, her approach is explorative and substrate appropriate from found and rescued objects.
