This is the first cache you will come to on the cannon trail and it is a small camo pill container. There are twelve other caches on the trail.
The trail of 7km starts at the Cannons in Cannon Rocks. The trail meanders through coastal shrub and trees in the Woody Cape section of the Addo National Park and turns seaward once the sand dunes are reached. The return is via a beautiful sandy beach. The estimated duration is listed as three to four hours and is suitable for relaxed walkers. The trail is well maintained.
Please take plenty of water as it can get very warm on the trail, you may also like to take some snacks along if you plan to do the whole trail.
