Geocache Description:

The Big 4 Rail Trail will one day stretch 50-plus miles across Boone County, from the northern suburbs of Indianapolis to Lafayette. The Big 4 in the trail name refers to the old Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway corridor. It could just as easily refer to the four communities pushing this long-term project: Zionsville, Whitestown, Lebanon, and Thorntown. There hasn't been a whole lot of progress beyond the paved portion through Whitestown, hence the name of the cache. Maybe one day they'll finish it; until then, let's geocache!

It is recommend that you park at the provided coordinates, although you could try to park on the nearby country road. However, if it takes you too long to make the find, you might attract unwanted attention. You're looking for a small, plastic container about 10 feet off the pavement. Please make sure to seal it up tightly before replacing precisely where it was originally located.

Congratulations to Rinkey on the FTF!
