This cache is completely out in the open and can be spotted easily. This is a gadget cache, where the objective isn't to find it; it is to open it. At times there will be muggles in the area, so watch for them watching you.
The cache DOES NOT need to be taken apart or pried open. Please make sure the cache is securely reset when you're done.
I'm on a mission to add original gadget caches to the area. This is a two-part puzzle in one container. Some cachers WILL have a problem with the second step, but I hope it becomes one of your favorites.
