The Spokane Street bridge over the Duwamish East Waterway is one of the most accessible locations in the city for salmon fishing in season. You'll almost always see at least one person trying their hand at catching dinner, even in the off-season, and fishermen from local Native American tribes are often seen in the waterway netting catches as part of their treaty rights.
But take heed: decades of industrial pollution have rendered the resident fish and shellfish unsafe to eat! Only salmon, who spend most of their lives in the open ocean, are safe to eat from this location. Everything else will need to be catch and release.

Take a seat and enjoy the view while you search for a magnetic keyholder in a typical location. Be sure to catch and release back into the same location to keep it safely out of sight.
