Geocache Description:


Ogham is an ancient form of Irish text when Christianity was introduced to Ireland. The stones are an important significance to ancient Irish history. You can find more infomation on its history when you reach the location. Located just outside the village of Beaufort you are greeted with a stunning view of the Kerry Mountains at the stones. No parking spaces available so for your safety when parking at the side of the road please turn on your hazard lights. Please insure when u find the cache to hide it well not only for non geocachers (muggles) but also for other geocachers.
