Naprojektoval ju v roku 1893 Anton Muller z Levoče.Mala 34 izieb,ústredné kúrenie,splachovacie WC a elektrinu. V kúpeľoch sa liečili choroby horných dýchacich ciest a nervové ochorenia pomocou vodoliečby, spojenej s inhaláciou čerstvého vzduchu. Vilu zničil požiar roku 1918. Dnes tam stojí už len Malá Praha, ktorá stála pod ňou, a kaplnka.
