This is a two stage multi-cache.
1st stage will take you to our favorite SHADE tree we pass walking from "Carmel Not By The Sea". To find the coordinates for the final just walk south a little ways into the SUN. You'll come to a three-part sign.
Use that sign to get the north coordinates (N 38 45.ABC).
A = 2nd letter of 2nd word
B = 1st letter of 6th word
C = 1st letter of 3rd word.
Go a bit further and use the next sign to get the west coordinates (W 121 20.DEF).
D = 2nd digit of address
E = 3rd digit of address plus 2
F = 4th digit of address
The checksum is 49.
