Have you done an Augmented Reality (AR) cache yet? Do you want to learn how to create one? If so, please join us in Newnan from 1PM to 3PM as Asgoroth and I take you on a crash course of HP Reveal. Time permitting, I will also showcase some of the bells and whistles of Metaverse.
Thanks to kb10bo, we have secured the Golden Creek room at the Coweta County Fairgrounds. The Golden Creek Room is located in the Exhibit Building/Conference Center, which is the first building on the right when you come into the main parking lot. This room has a maximum occupancy of 125 so feel free to bring your family, friends, foes, neighbors, milkman, etc.
We will have a projector set up to view what I'm creating on my laptop. Feel free to bring your own laptop if you want to access the building's wifi and get started on your own AR cache! Since the test period of submitting an AR cache is quickly approaching (September 6th), if you want to create your own AR cache, I recommend that you come prepared. Take a picture of whatever object that you want to create as an AR object, take the coords of that object, and take the coords of the final container's location. Submit a cache page and Asgoroth and I will be able to help you complete it.
If you don't frequent this area, I would recommend getting here a little early because there are a ton of good quality caches in the immediate area. Besides, we can always use extra help in setting up!
