Geocache Description:

This is a lovely spot in a lovely little town, but many people don't venture to this spot; it's just a touch out-of-the-way. The view is peaceful, and you can sit here to read, or go inside if you please. The history of this building is fascinating; be sure to read about Annie Louise Cary, the world-famous opera singer, for whom the building is named. http://www.cary-memorial.lib.me.us/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/RevShortHistCML.pdf. Placed with permission. Cache is a plastic camo jar loaded with fun trinkets and charms, along with a new TB "Maine Moose," starting out its journey. Cache is a little trickier to find in spring and summer; will be easier in the fall and winter. Probably winter-accessible if there's not too much snow, but watch out for leaving too many snow tracks!
