The WVRd Series is a Morgan Ranch Park Association, Inc. history project based on the Arcadia Publication's book "Williamson Valley Road". Kathy Lopez, is Founder and President of the MRPAI and co - CO of the WVRd Series. Jean Morin, is Vice President of MRPAI and co-CO of the WVRd Series. Her husband, Dennis Morin, built the little library. Kathy's husband Larry Lopez has been a park volunteer since 2006. MORGAN RANCH NATURE PARK MRNP is a 15-acre Yavapai County park located 13 miles north of Prescott at the intersection of Williamson Valley Road and Nancy Drive. The board of supervisors officially established the park on April 3, 2006. The mission of the Morgan Ranch Park Association, Inc. (MRPAI) is to preserve and maintain the historical, biodiverse, and recreational values of the park. The park preserves a portion of the historic Cooper-Morgan Ranch.
