The Hike in Gananoque letterbox cache is located on the Rogers Loop Trail that takes about 2 hours to complete in total through beautiful woodland terrain with rocky outcrops (they are key to the find). The cache is hidden just off the trail making it an easy find for first timers or families with kids. Start at the Trail Head off James Brennan Road. After going up a slight hill, look for a blue hiking man trail marker on a skinny tree. You’re in the right spot. Look for a blue lidded container. Be stealthy when replacing it! The trail is perfect for a relaxing hike or for mountain biking and was placed in time for Gananoque’s first Two Rivers Trails Festival. Please don’t remove the stamp or ink pad!!! It took some work to make and needs to stay with the cacke for letterboxing.
