This cache is hidden at a utility building at the end of Hamilton Road in Bossier City.
Hamilton Road is named after Bossier Parish industrialist and developer William Everard Hamilton, a former owner of both the Shreveport Times and the Shreveport Journal. In addition to owning The Times and Journal and developing the area, Hamilton was a member of a prominent local planter family. Hamilton's family moved to Shreveport around the time of the great yellow fever epidemic. He was part of the city’s first trolley line, which today is SporTran, and was an early owner of both the city electric and gas utilities. He also introduced electric lighting to Shreveport, and was involved in management of several banks.
I believe at one time the road continued on, but I can't swear to that. There is a horse pasture next to it and the horses love to have visitors.
The best time to grab this one is after hours and weekends because of the high number of muggles in the area. Can be a park and grab if following this guideline.
You are looking for an ammo can. Room for swag! No need to climb the stairs or try to open the door. It is accessible from the ground. Please push back as far as possible to keep hidden.
Happy Caching!
