This is an AMAZING cache.,
To get the smiley you'll have to perform two different tasks.
First, when you retrieve the cache container, you must look at the secret writing on the box (there are 4 different ways of saying the same thing) to get the combination to get into the first container.
Once you have gained entry, you will find a cloth bag containing another smaller container. This container holds the log but, you'll have to manipulate the little ball to the correct location in the amazing container in order to open it!
Now, you will need a TOTT to make this part easier, but you will still have to use your brain, eyes and dexterious fingers to move the little ball. (Just in case you don't have the correct TOTT, a magical tool has been provided inside the first container. I'm nice that way!)
The second container is a little delicate so please don't force your way in. After signing the log and getting the FTF prize, put the lid back on carefully and replace the cache as you found it.
Just a suggestion, this is not a busy road, but people do use it to run their dogs so some stealth is required. I suggest to take the cache container to your vehicle and solve the mechanical problem in the comfort of your car at one of the nearby turn-outs.

As normal, watch outEvery thing you need is in the wriote up for the normal nasty critters and plants in the area. Bug spray may be a good idea too!
