Name the missing ingredient in the Horseshoe Cocktail


1 oz. Southern Comfort
8 oz. Orange Juice
2 dash Grenadine
1 oz. Bourbon
2 oz. ???
Cover the bottom of the glass with one dash of Grenadine.Pour in the ???? followed by the Turkey and finaly the SoCo. Flood the glass with the Orange Juice. Pour in the remaining Grenadine
