This cache is another urban hide in a local series of Harry Potter themed geocaches. The link to Harry Potter, is sometimes a little tenuous but good for a bit of fun! This should be a quick park and grab for most.
This cache fits well into the "night safe" category ... in fact, due to muggle activity, it might even be the best time to find this one. Don't go parking in the bus zone though ...keep it clear for Stan.
