Time? 9am to 9:30ish
(Mormon Emigrant Trail) I love this road, I know I'm strange, but it gets me to some of my favorite areas, which is why I'd like to introduce others who might not know! You could stay on the pavement and grab plenty of caches, or go on some hikes, there are quite a few older caches tucked back in off the dirt roads, perfect for exporing! So come up to the mountains, bring your lunch, snacks, water, camera or whatever you'd like! You may want to rely on a gps instead of a phone, as there is not service in spots
The usual hazards apply......Snakes, check weather for thunderstorms, watch for critters (sometimes early morning you will see deer) and be ware the fire conditions also....Stay safe and have fun!
Hoping this event might bring some of the "old time" local cachers out of hiding as well!
