...and up until placing this cache, Ritzville didn't have one. We have one of these caches near us with a very similar name, so I decided I would put one here as well.

The cache is placed on a statue dedicated to firefighters who have helped to keep the city of Ritzville safe. It might take quite a bit of searching if you have never seen one of these caches before. The difficulty is based on someone who has never found one of these before. It might be as tough as a 4 for some people. I would need someone to test it, but I think someone in a wheelchair might be able to grab this one, so terrain is only a 1.
