August 24 2018 marks a huge commemorative evening in the history of Portage Northern High School, the opening of Huskie Stadium! While you can't see it from here, rest assured there will be numerous fans over there on that evening, and many Friday evenings to come! PNHS was opened in 1965, and we have shared a football field (McCamley) with our cross-town rivals of Portage Central ever since. So after 52 years, it's huge news that we're getting our own home stadium.
This cache isn't at the stadium, but is being placed in honor of this huge occasion! Loy Norrix is coming to open up the new stadium, and then just two weeks later we're welcoming in the Portage Central Mustangs to our new home turf!

The parking lot here where the cache is hidden is seldomly used, just exercise a little caution with the nearby homes, and be smart about when you search for this cache! You should have enough separation from the homes to search and find this one without being disturbed, but as always, stealth is helpful!!
