The Friends of the Laurel Library, and the Portlywalker, are hosting our 2018 Geocaching International Film Festival at the Laurel Library, Prince Georges County Memorial Library System --SATURDAY afternoon from 2 PM to 4 PM.
A low-key event for local geocachers to get together and celebrate the "Geocaching International Film Festival 2018" and earn the souvenir, meet one another, tell geocaching stories, swap and discover TBs and generally have a good time.
Who:
Why YOU, of course...whether you have No caches, one cache find or ten thousand cache finds, please feel free to come join us for an informal meet and greet.
When:
Saturday November 10th 2018
2 P.M.- 4 P.M. (2-3 P.M. Intro to newbies and great raffle) (3 to 4 P.M. movie, Submit voting ballots)
Where:
Conference room at front of lobby
Why:
To meet, introduce geocaching talk geocaching, and trade travel bugs.
Extra things to keep in mind:
- If you pick up a Travel Bug or trackable coin at an event, make sure you log it out so it doesn't show up in the event list.
