This Geocache was placed by Geokid Elizabeth in an area of Gosport relatively unknown to many. Back in the day this road would have been full of Service personnel working in Fort Blockhouse and visiting the beautiful building of Hasler Hospital. Unfortunately, the Military lost the use of Hasler Hospital as its main location of Health matters for serving and non-serving personnel. Close by is where all the Medical Boffins complete tests on pieces of equipment before they can be used on board Vessels.
The Magnetic Geocache is located close by. Geocachers can approach for numerous locations including Stokes Bay, Gosport or Alverstoke and it makes a good addition to the other caches in the area.
