It's that time of year again to enjoy the films made by fellow cachers and of course enjoy some snacks in the process.
The space is limited to 60 attendees so please when stating your intent to attend, please include the numbers in your group. It will be on a first come first served basis.
The programme
1330 - Doors Open (tea, coffee, squash and biscuits will be available)
1400 - Film and snacking starts (prompt)
1500 - Gloucestershire budding flim makers debut
1520 - Voting
1530 - Fin
Now the snacks ...
I'm afraid there is no way that I can compete with the wonderful food that was provided for the last event, and so I'm not even going to try! Instead I would like each of you to provide something that can be shared amongst the 6/7 tables. I've started a list below, more suggestions would be great! Please see what is still available and state in your log what you will be bringing, or tell me what you would like to bring instead.

I'm also keen to see what our own budding film makers can do in Gloucestershire so if you would like to send me your caching videos, no longer than 2 minutes 30 seconds, then they will be featured after the main films. Will yours win the vote and maybe a special prize?
Tombola
To save you all from being shouted at at the end of the films I'm going to run a tombola instead. We already have an ammo can donated and any further dontations would be greatly appreciated as this will help towards the cost of hiring the hall.
