DO NOT GO INTO THE YARD! This cache is placed on the brick wall.
From the left side of the wall going right it is between the third brick and the slate. The new replaced cache has room for stickers and pins :). I really encourage you to go for this cache at night or later evening only as this place is very busy all day.
