My wife and I attended an event in Woodstock today that showcased superheros (and a few villains). Sadly there have been a few children in the past year or so who lost their fight with Brain Cancer in our community. The one little boy, Xavier, loved superheros. Their parents wanted to raise awareness for this issue and they invited kids and their families from all over the community to come and do some activities and meet some superheros.
This got me thinking about the heros in all of us and how sometimes we might not look like, or feel like, heros, but we are all someones superhero. Even if we have an alterego that we hide behind.
