Geocache Description:

An event to celebrate four thousand and thirty five? What a strange number. Well, I might have misled you a little bit. I'm not celebrating four thousand and thirty five. I'm actually celebrating four thousand and thirty five. 4,000 geocaches and my 35th birthday.

In the day I'll be getting my 4,000th cache which I have decided will be the Dartmoor Letterboxes virtual cache (GC7B7MY) which involves around 16 miles walking with a drive from North to South or South to North in the middle. After that I'll be needing a stiff drink or two and, as it's my birthday a few days prior, I've decided to hold an event to mark the occasion.

This event will be your typical meet up in a pub; lots of geonatter, TB swapping and exchanging of stories and tips. There will be a logbook and a TB exchange. Other than that just bring yourselves.

The pub is the Warren House Inn and is a lovely little boozer in the heart of Dartmoor. Food and drink will obviously be available should you wish to indulge.

The event will officially run from 19:00-20:00 but there's every chance, we know how this goes, that we will be staying later than that and you're, of course, more than welcome to stay with us.

Dogs are allowed in the bar area but must be kept on leads but are not allowed within the restaurant.
