After a couple of events at The Bodega for a bit of variety, I thought we should return to The Bridge, the original home of Tyneside events.

The Place: the Bridge Hotel (north end of the High Level Bridge)
Everyone is welcome for an evening of geocaching discourse and related activities.
I like this description of the pub - “Built in 1901 adjoining Robert Stephenson`s 1849 High Level Bridge, the Bridge Hotel is a superb example of Edwardian architecture and art nouveau design. Beautiful stained glass windows, a gilded mahogany bar, tiled floors and embossed metallic panels create a magnificent interior.” Plus an incredible selection of beers.
