An Astoria Riverwalk Multi-Cache

The posted coordinates for this Multi-Cache will take you to an old fishing boat displayed on the Astoria Riverwalk. Start there, enjoy this historical old boat, and answer the following questions:
AA = Year on the Oregon State Marine Board license near the front of the boat.
B = Number of tires on the trailer.
C = Number of spokes on the boat's wheel (steering wheel). The outside wheel and not the one inside the cabin. Interesting how they are apparently joined together for inside or outside steering.
DD = The number of the Pier across the water to the north.
EE = Number of characters in the boat's name on the transom (flat surface at the boat's stern).
F = Number of park benches near the boat.
G = Number of fish on the nearby cannery monument (don't count any in the photo!).
HH = Number of workers in the cannery photo (including one in the background upper right).
AA + B + C + DD + 582 = XXX
EE + F + G + HH + 693 = YYY
The cache is at:
N 46 11.XXX
W 123 47.YYY

I found limited information online regarding the subject boat:
Built in 1947 by Alfred Korhonen.
A bowpicker (salmon fishing boat developed on the Columbia River) belonging to Richard Pomeroy.
Donated at one time to the Astoria Regatta.
Permanently parked on the Riverwalk.
But, for how long? If changes to the boat make any of the questions unanswerable, or if it is gone(!), please let me know.
Enjoy the walk and the history!
